Kitopal ("we") operates a free template download website. We collect the minimum data needed to run the site: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and anonymous, aggregated analytics. We do not require accounts and never ask for personal information to download a file.

Advertising on Kitopal is served by Monetag. Ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies to measure ad performance and, with your consent, personalize ads. You can decline personalized advertising in the cookie banner at any time; the site remains fully usable with essential cookies only.

We do not sell personal data. Analytics data is retained for 14 months and then deleted. For any privacy request — access, correction, or deletion — email privacy@kitopal.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Data we store when you use a form

If you subscribe to the newsletter we store your email address until you unsubscribe. If you send a message through the contact form we store your name, email address, topic and message so we can reply. Neither is used for advertising or shared with third parties.
